The Bridge Announces New CEO
November 28, 2016: The Bridge of Northeast Florida, Inc. (The Bridge) has announced that its Board of Directors has chosen Elaine M. Pace as the organization’s next chief executive officer. “Elaine’s vision, strategy and execution track record are exactly what The Bridge needs,” said founder and active board member Dr. Davy Parrish. “She is a champion of The Bridge culture and has an incredible ability to inspire, energize and connect with employees, community partners and national leaders.”
Pace has spent her career overseeing and executing the transformation, growth and development of organizations across diverse industry sectors. She brings to the organization strategic operating and leadership experience, financial management knowledge and a global business perspective.
“After a comprehensive search process, the board is pleased to have found Ms. Pace to assume leadership of this world-class organization,” says Brian King, Chair of The Bridge Board of Directors and Chief Strategy Officer, Acosta Sales & Marketing. “Her wealth of experience and demonstrated leadership will guide The Bridge in its mission to provide integral services which promote the development of healthy, productive, self-sufficient youth and families in greater Jacksonville.”
Prior to The Bridge, Pace served as the President of USANA True Health Foundation, a public charity making grants for global disaster relief and child hunger, as CEO for the Girl Scouts of Utah and in several other top leadership positions for organizations committed to improving people’s lives. She has guided the evolution and growth of organizations through a multitude of challenging circumstances, setting and achieving aggressive programmatic and financial goals.

Pace holds an MPA, Negotiations and Conflict Management, Nonprofit Management from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. She also holds a BA with Honors, from the University of North Florida.
